Privacy Policy

Last updated: 01 January 2026

1. Controller.

This Privacy Policy describes how FNMPG Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Fort Noxx Music Partners Group ("FNMPG," "the Company," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with this website (the "Site") and related communications. This Policy is intended for a professional audience. It is not a consumer-facing product privacy notice, and the Site is not directed to children.

2. Scope.

This Policy applies to information processed through the Site and through email sent to addresses published on the Site (including info@fnmpg.com). It does not apply to information processed under a separate engagement letter, confidentiality agreement, offering document, or other written agreement with a client, counterparty, or investor, which will govern to the extent of any conflict.

3. Information We Collect.

The Site does not require an account and does not operate a public submission form that stores data on Company systems. If you email us, we receive the content of that message, your email address, and any signature or attachment you include. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps (server logs) in order to operate, secure, and diagnose the Site. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site for the purpose of profiling or advertising.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies.

The Site may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage required to deliver pages, maintain security, or remember a session. We do not use the Site to serve third-party advertising. If analytics or similar tools are introduced, this Policy will be updated and, where required, a consent or opt-out mechanism will be provided.

5. How We Use Information.

We use information to respond to inquiries; to evaluate a potential advisory, financing-introduction, or principal-investment relationship; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to maintain books and records; to detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents or misuse; and to comply with law, regulation, legal process, and professional obligations. We do not use Site information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Legal Bases (where applicable).

Where a legal basis is required, we process information as needed to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, or on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a professional advisory and investment firm, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

7. Disclosure.

We may disclose information to service providers who host, secure, or support the Site or our email; to professional advisers (legal, accounting, compliance); to unaffiliated financing providers solely where you have asked us to make an introduction and as needed to effect that introduction; to counterparties or their counsel in a live mandate, subject to confidentiality; and to authorities when required by law or to protect the Company, its clients, or the public. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Retention.

Inquiry correspondence is retained as long as needed to complete the inquiry and for a commercially reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping, conflict checks, and legal hold. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. Engagement files are retained in accordance with the applicable engagement terms and professional recordkeeping standards.

9. Security.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of a professional-services website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

10. International Transfers.

The Company is established in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have data-protection rules different from those of your jurisdiction.

11. California and Similar U.S. State Rights.

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state that provides comparable consumer privacy rights, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; to know the categories of information collected and disclosed; and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" as those terms are defined by applicable law. FNMPG does not sell personal information collected through the Site and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. To submit a request, email info@fnmpg.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify the request by reference to the email address and information reasonably necessary to confirm identity. You may use an authorized agent as permitted by law.

12. Children.

The Site is directed to institutional and professional counterparties. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Third-Party Sites.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or identify third-party providers (including financing providers). Those parties have their own privacy practices. The Company is not responsible for their content or their processing of information.

14. Changes.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The Last updated date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
